Rather, it is the use of this information by an employer to unfairly or unreasonably discriminate against a potential employee that is illegal. We will communicate and source such information to our clients if we are satisfied that they will not use that information to discriminate unreasonably against an applicant.

We administer the temporary assignees' employment obligations on behalf of the client whilst adhering to all statutory requirements. The assignees, by virtue of contractual obligations become our employee whilst taking operational instructions from the client.
We therefore undertake to comply with relevant statutory requirements such as UIF, COID, SDL, PAYE, etc. Our records in this respect are well up-to-date and available on request for your reference.

Payroll Management Service Solutions

We offer our clients a reliable payroll system, which performs the following functions:

Labour Relations

A specialist service which includes advice, training, assessment and consulting across the broad spectrum of labour relations:

· Facilitating disciplinary hearings by ensuring compliance with procedural and substantive fairness to avoid CCMA/ Bargaining Council referrals.

· Appeal Hearings.

· Co-ordination of disciplinary activity.

· Completion & timorously delivery of hearing outcomes.

· Sound advice with reference to the formulation of charges & preparation of statements.

· Represent clients in matters of litigations arising from labour disputes of whatever nature.

· Present a whole spectrum of training by arranging training sessions for managers on how to conduct proper investigations and initiate disciplinary hearings.

· Present a whole spectrum of training on all Labour Legislation i.e. LRA, BCEA, OHS, EEA etc, Disciplinary & Grievance Procedures, Rules/Code of Conduct & the interpretation of Collective Agreements.

The disciplinary code and procedure is intended to ensure that all employees have a clear knowledge and understanding of the disciplinary rules governing their employment within the organization. The responsibility for maintaining and administering the disciplinary and counselling procedures rests with line management. It is our aim to ensure that all line managers are thoroughly informed and well trained in the facilitation of disciplinary procedures in accordance with the organization's code of conduct, the Labour Relations Act and the Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
