Compliance with the Labour Relations Act:
We operate on the premise that to request/ source and refer information with regard to an applicant's age, sex, medical history, criminal record, credit record and marital status etc is not, per se, contrary to the provisions of the Labour Relations and Employment Equity Acts. Rather, it is the use of this information by an employer to unfairly or unreasonably discriminate against a potential employee that is illegal. We will communicate and source such information to our clients if we are satisfied that they will not use that information to discriminate unreasonably against an applicant.

- We administer the temporary assignees' employment obligations on behalf of the client whilst adhering to all statutory requirements. The assignees, by virtue of contractual obligations become our employee whilst taking operational instructions from the client.
- We therefore undertake to comply with relevant statutory requirements such as UIF, COID, SDL, PAYE, etc. Our records in this respect are well up-to-date and available on request for your reference.
- We bear the client's risks for labour costs and take on the administrative burden. This allows the client to focus on their core areas of business.
Payroll Management Service Solutions
We offer our clients a reliable payroll system, which performs the following functions:
- Gross and nett salary indications
- Deductions as follows: Statutory / Non – statutory deductions, Bonus and Commission payments and Overtime payments

Labour Relations
